1.How long will take to ship my shoe?
All pairs are carefully handcrafted, therefore please allow 1-2 weeks for them to be made and shipped.

2. Are all product original?
All our products are made strictly with authentic materials, from the shoe by itself to the materials used in the re_branding.

3. Do you accept refunds?
Unfortunately because of the nature of our products and as they're created per request, we currently DON'T allow exchanges, returns, refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

4. What do I do if my shoe doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, at the moment we don't allow any exchanges, please be extremely careful choosing your shoe size, all sizes are shown in Centimeters.

5. Once my shoe is ready, when it will be delivered to me?
Once your shoe is prepared to travel, we will e-mail you a guide, so you can locate it. It will take from 2-7 days to arrive home.
